Breenergy gun should not play sounds when out of ammo

Minor Tweaks and Fixes

You can no longer activate the Alt-Fire while the Primary Fire is active and vice versa.

Breenergy Gun firemodes have been streamlined, Breenergy Gun Primary Fire sould should stop when owner dies.
