Alright I actually fixed the job area now. I also added the detectors to the job area.

Sorry for the delay, but now you should at least have to have a digging tool or cutters. Very small change, probably will go unnoticed but it's there.

-added a trash can to block from digging out of the prison without cutters
-added more shrubbery to block an easy way out
