List of changes

-Added L4d1 uncommon @ the original helicopter pilot for L4d1 fallen survivor
-Parachutist (uses L4d2 CI VMT instead of L4D1)
-Did remove a bit of useless VMT files.
-Put $CUTOUTDECALMAPPINGSCALE into a few of VMT's that didn't have it before.
-Tweaking to Common_infected_shared

-Got the vmt file back the way (kind of ) it was before all of these errors popping up. It was working normal before I did upload it.

-Reverting back common_infected_shared till it's no longer a issue.

-Updated l4d1 files. BaggageHandler no longer reflects, neither does blood like it did in good old L4D1.

And added other VMT files.
