-Made it wayy easier to get boats off the current(It was ridiciously tough before this update lol)

-Fixed boats not being pushed by the current off-screen

-Fixed a crash when squid herds or ocean fish herds updated their herd positions at the end of a current
-Added a config for a larger ocean current
