Minor update for RG/RE 1.7:
- Added a space for an optional Shield Capacitor behind a shutter door near the rear entrance

Defaulted thrusters to be active when spawned. I'm hoping this will address a bug people are encountering where the ship won't move when initially spawned, but this is just a guess at this point.

Moved maintenance hatch indicator so that it doesn't overlap other HUD elements
