added some code that makes Bitterfrost Protocol techs use Cryolite instead of elerium dust.
reduced spectral frost wight damage at all tiers.

Abomination's FreezeRanged ability is no longer triggered by Feedback. because silly infinite loops.
If a soldier with Ice Shields hasn't taken HP damage, they should no longer end the battle wounded.

Exploding enemies no longer explode when skulljacked (formerly only skullmine).
RPGO's bonus shotgun damage by range no longer applies to the codex's freezing field or death explosion.
Codex and Purifier Death Explosions should no longer do enviromental damage.
added Blind damage type to Blinding Cold.
added Gotcha Redux flag for Freezing Field.
Fixed adder's Rush and Bind using the wrong BuildInterruptGameStateFn. I dunno if this will actually do anything tho.
Frost Zerker's on-miss damage is no longer forced to be melee.
Frost Blob is no longer useable when the bomber/andromedon is burning/etc.
Spectral wights from Coress have 50% less HP and -20 defense, but one more is summoned. CV Rifle can oneshot first tier.

added the Frost Legion Abomination as FL20 gatekeeper boss. can appear on certain sitreps at a lower FL.

Fixed a bug where freezing field stage 2 was not freezing targets.
Removed countershot from frost troopers and priest's SMGs. they aren't able to trigger it anyway.
Added some missing localization.

Fixed a bug with ice shield damage previews where it was detecting any DamageTag with the right DamageType as a match instead of only the correct tag.
