Update 10;
-Updated to latest version.
-FEs will no longer spawn Hyper Relays or Gateways if there is already one in the system somehow.
-HOPEFULLY made it so that AEs will ALWAYS send out their awakenening greeting to everyone.

Update 9;
-Doubled the MTTH for an FE awakening, as I felt it happened a bit too quickly even with all 5 FEs active.
--In exchange, added a modifier that halves the awakening time if you surpase 240000 fleetpower.
--Also made both fleetpower modifiers account for alternate/modded country types and federations, though at different rates for federations and certain alternate country types (Khan and Tempest).
-Reduced the chance for a War in Heaven to 30%.
-FE Hyper Relays now use their owner's graphics, including modded ones unless they have a different-than-base shipset or don't use the right flags. Otherwise, randomly generate using base game graphics cultures.
-All non-special FE colonies are now Gaia Worlds.
-Now modifies 00_fallen_empire (fallen_empires)
-Adjusted the traits for all FEs;
--All organic ones now have the Gaia World Preference, Enduring, and (most) Decadent traits.
---They still generate with at least 1 extra random trait.
--Materialists also gain Talented and Intelligent.
--Spiritualists also gain Traditional and Industious whilst trading out Decadent for Nonadaptive.
--Xenophiles also gain Charismatic and Conformists.
--Xenophobes also gain Natural Sociologists and Solitary.
--Machines gain Efficient Processors and Double-Jointed.
-FEs all have a 5% chance to spawn with a Ruined Gateway in their capital system OR a random border system. They are all named Ancient Gateways.

Update 8;
-FE Hyper Relays are now called Ancient Relays. (Just a name change, nothing else)
-FE Hyper Relays are now properly owned by their respective FE upon creation.
-FE Hyper Relays now use the Mammalian graphical culture, instead of being a bunch of boxes.
--I wanted them to use their owner's graphical culture, but couldn't get it to work :/
-Adjusted one of the modifiers that shorten FE awakening slightly so that it always triggers (or doesn't) properly.

Update 7;
-Updated to latest version.
-Removed all changes to buildings and new building types.
-Removed all changes to decadence increase other than extending the grace period before it starts to 40 years after awakening.
-FE jobs with reduced weighting when the FE becomes an AE has been changed to have reduced weighting when the planet controller isn't an FE, in case something other than an AE has planets with hedonist jobs for example.
-Removed changes to fleet power calculation in scripted effects.
-Removed unique War in Heaven-centric Federation Type.
-Removed changes to vassal agreements, as I feel it's too big of a compatibility issue to overwrite now.
-Removed fleetpower changes for awakening, other than Gray Tempest and The Khan needing more to trigger it.
-Removed adjustments to awakening time, other than allowing modded empire types to trigger certain modifiers.
-Removed platforms camping subject worlds upon becoming subjects.
-Reduced the chance of a War in Heaven; currently it's 60%. Reduced to 40%.
-Some FE civics boost naval capacity by 2.5x.
-FEs start with all tradition slots maxed out, depending on their ethic.
--I wanted to do the same with Ascension Perks, but as far as I can tell there's no way to do that.
-FE systems all begin with a hyper-relay in them as long as Overlord is enabled.

Change 6;
-Updated to 3.2
-Added in some extra checks to help prevent FEs from awakening too early hopefully, without a hard cap.
-Removed old unused additions.

Change 5;
-Updated to 3.1.3
-Increased the general bravery of Awakened Spiritualists to 4 and Awakened Xenophobes to 6.
-Decreased the general bravery of Awakened Materialists to 1.
-Increased the general aggressiveness of Awakened Xenophobes to 8, Awakened Xenophiles to 1.5, Awakened Materialists to 4.5, and Awakened Spiritualists to 6.
-These should make it take less time for AEs to start declaring wars while at the same time usually trying to pick on stronger empires.

Change 4;
-Updated to 3.0.3
-Added 20 extra years to awakening time.
-Removed a time modifier on the awakening that would pretty much always trigger.
-Added support for modded country types in federations to trigger awakening.
-Awakened Empires can no longer trigger the (normal) awakening of another Fallen Empire if that was ever happening before.
-Increased the Fleet Power requirement for an FE to awaken in the case of a Great Khan or Grey Tempest. Might have made it too high, so please report if this is the case.

Change 3:
-As long as the AE isn't a participant in the War in Heaven, each time an AE gains a subject or wins a war they'll build a small "Guardian" fleet in orbit of all their subjects planets without one.
--"Remember your place, worms, or we will crush you in an instant."

-Increased the MTTH for an AE to awaken by 10 years.

-Increased the Threshold for Hivers to awaken an FE to 5.5 million fleetpower, allowing them to get ~16 Mobile Hives not counting Stationary Hives if you're using Dangerous Crystalline Asteroids.

Change 2:
-Reduced the innate shield boost for Fallen Titans to 10%.
-Increased the innate armor boost for Fallen Titans to 30%.
-Reduced the command limit of the repeatable FE/AE techs to 20.
-Reduced the build speed bonus for starbases of the repeatable FE/AE techs to 5%.
