Tuned Position hold,

Hi everyone, I've found some time to tune the poshold. How is it now? I wasn't able to test extensively.

The constraint of getting this to work is the controller's poshold works by velocity-minimisation, not by recorded a set of coordinates and holding itself at it. This means that depending on windspeed etc, it can get hard to fix it on a precise spot because the pid cannot be adapted from every single force-environment the helicopter is in.

To make it more precise, I initially set the PID values very low so that it was very good at staying in place once settled, but this left it vulnurable to COM changes as we've discovered.

I've now raised them, I think it holds position much better, but it's less 'smooth' in doing it, there will be some oscillation. If you can test a bit and give me feedback I should be able to improve it more, though. (No definite time though, still busy!)
