-Station Drone: updated waypoints for AI

Changed: made the {docking hatch} forced to link up to stuff on top to try making it not fall off on spawn >.>
Removed: {shocker} from the {NAV}
Added: a auto scanner for threats outside the Drone to use the shocker
Changed: Ajusted all the turrets to match level those under level will have a harder time while those who have high level will find it easy to work with
Added: due to newest update to the game i added another {Loader} and spit the two coil guns to get from there own loaders so players can switch the guns out if they wish
Changed: {Pump} inside the {Airlock/Docking} drain power is going up so when its Docked to it will drain the water if needed ~by request~

Recreated: the power system to have fewer [Junction boxs]
Changed: moved the [Engine] to make better room
Changed: moved the [Top docking hatch] into the [Airlock] room so it wouldnt flood the drone and the main sub ~by request~
changed: the 3 crate holder to a [unit load device] for better storge

Added: a {Junction box} made for the docking to recharge the battery ~by request~
