Updated to work with 1.3

Fixed a bug for both 1.3 and 1.2 where 2 pawns trying to access the same silver pile at the same time would throw a JobGiver error for the later pawn

Compatibility patch to work with RimThreaded. Previously there were errors "object of same key already added" when loading a world with more than 1 slot machine in it.

Added options for charging silver to the pawn who plays
Added option for silver payout
Added options for pawns collecting and keeping silver
Changed recreation gains from 150% to 125% to account for completely filling up the pawn's rec meter too quickly
Fixed some settings menu text boxes not allowing users to add a decimal point to a number
Updated settings menu
