Adjusted Red Plague armor to be more balanced. Storage moved to slightly higher than BTS, and armor moved between TALOS and BTS instead of no armor. Also changed the size of tops to 3x2 instead of 2x2.

OK... So... I may have accidentally haven the pant textures flipped around sideways so now that should be fixed.

Finally, adjusted the naming for the Blue Admin items.

Added GUIDs to the Blue Admin items and to the Red Admin Hammer, also fixed the Blue Admin mask showing up as the Red Plague mask.
