Changed the functionality of profiles slightly. Now instead of only saving or loading when you press the buttons, the profiles will automatically load when as you switch between profiles. Remember to save before you change profiles!

Added the option for related tooltips to follow the mouse instead of their default fixed positions in game.

Fixed the positioning of the settings screen at other resolutions, and fixed elements covering Neow options before they should appear.
