Warning: Civil War Countries could inherit Research Slots but not Country Flags from Their main country. Also this decision will use a lot of CPU. Use Toggle Off when not using the mod.

Finally fixed thumbnail by lowering file size under 1 MB.

Changed Compatible Version to current to prevent warning in Launcher.
