Reworked the European generics, attempting to make the generals look more "neutral", as they can appear in any country regardless of ideology. Added a new portrait for Konstantin Rodzaevsky from RT56.

Fixed a bug where Lebanon, Syria, Libya, Palestine, and Jordan would still be using default portraits. Feel free to decolonise Africa with the knowledge that all portraits will be replaced with new, shiny ones.
