Updated the mats, added new eyes, and updated the burning texture by recommendation of "Filmcore".

Adjusted weightmaps of neck bones. They're not perfect, so don't bend them too far or too much but it's abit better than what was presented due to the source exportation from blender causing issues with the weight maps.

Will try updating that in the future.
