Re-adds Final Nail back to Easy/Normal campaign difficulty

Updated The Sacrifice finale to remove an unintended change to Versus mode. Final Nail will now only play during this finale on Advanced and Expert difficulties.

Removed the knife changes, versus-exclusive hittables, and misc stuff. This addon now focuses primarily on finales, but still has the CS Witches for now. Let me know if you want me to upload any of the removed files as standalone adddons.
