- New Heritage "Silurian Heritage" Added to the Nation Siluria (Based on True Historic information)

- Silurian Heritage Lure:
- "Believed to have originated in Iberia, The Silurians settled in Britton, bringing with them their fierce army. after being kicked out of northern Iberia through rebellion the Silurians sailed north in their traditional Silurian boats built with what was believed to be a very specific and particular specimen of a beech tree known for its strength and flexibility making their navy strong, but expensive and settled in South-Eastern Cymru"

- Scythians: Archers 0.25, Light Cavalry 0.05, Horse Archers 0.55, Heavy Cavalry 0.1 (Was Archers 0.45, Light Cavalry 0.15, Horse Archers 0.3, Heavy Cavalry 0.1)
- Dahae: Only change Is Horse Archers from 0.35 to 0.45

- Hellenic:
- Cretan: Archers 0.9, Heavy Infantry 0.25 (Was Archers 0.75)
- Spartan: Light Infantry 0.2, Heavy Infantry 0.8 (Was 0.5 for Both)

Greeks were known for their Heavy infantry/Decorated Soldiers so this change makes sense, but balancing will continue to be done

- Neutral Stance gives +2 Diplomatic Relations (Was +1)
- Appeasing Stance Gives AE Decay +0.25% (Was 0.20%) & Improve Relations Cost +30% (Was +25%)
- Mercantile Stance Gives +15% Commerce Income (Was +20%)
- Bellicose Stance Gives -7.50% AE Impact & War Score Cost (Was 10%) and Claim Fabrication cost +1.15 (Was +1)
- Domineering Stance Gives +12.50 Loyalty of Subject states (was +10)

- Cost Changes:
- Goverment Diplomatic Stance now costs 40 PI ( Was 30)
- Deify Leader Cost now 400 (Was 300) ( I felt people were achieving this far too easily in MP )
