-all the special-cancel-stuff, lots of adjustments to frames of the specials
-specials damage 2 down from 3
-slightly slower dash speed
-slightly lower jump
- -6f startup, -3f endlag on dstrong
- -2f startup on fstrong
-adjusted ustrong angle to 280
