Massive refactor of the battle royale randomats:
- Storm now looks different as a wall of purple
- Storm renders much more efficiently
- Removed giving radar during battle royale randomats as the storm now serves its purpose
- Renamed "The Circle" randomat as "The Storm"
- Massive code refactor, all battle royale randomats now run much more efficiently
- Storm functionality is now centralised: Randomat:BattleRoyaleStorm(zones, waitTime, moveTime)
