Closing the Terminal now triggers a queue application, as long as it has been more than 30 days since the last one.

Added info about when the queue is used by the script to the advisor.

Added a button to the UI to refresh it. This button also triggers the queue application.

Fixed colonizing planets giving you resources instead of taking them.

Added a check for Host Planets being owned by the same country as the system. This prevents Primitive Planets being counted as allowed Host Planets.
