changed scale down vox cleaner script to be able to handle body with multiple scaled voxes

更变了重型suv的仪表盘脚本至一个通用的仪表盘脚本，并于triton gt共用此脚本
通过删除掉所有的 id_ 值，稍微降低了所有instance的文件大小
更新了缩小vox清理脚本以支持多个缩小vox在同一个body里的情况
试图修复掉全部幽灵系列载具，未成功，将会继续尝试使其在所有情况可用
