- Changed mod name and preview image.

- Added an options slider instead of increment buttons in the Options menu. The default delay, if none has been set, is 1 second.

Added a basic options menu to change the restart/respawn delay.

The respawn command will now be disabled if the player is in a vehicle.

Releasing the r or j key now resets the timer to 0.

This means if you have a reloading weapon for example, you can reload as many times as you want without the map restarting eventually.
