Tuxo Pack Refurbished Re-release. Basically fixed up bugs in the pack and also changed a lot of the more controversial "ports" to mimic their 1.92 original counterpart. The more creative levels have been split into separate levels as "V2".

- Fix delay issue with barrage spiral on Fade with higher difficulty multipliers.
- Fix "Vibration" to adjust to new 2.0.4 tick rate
- Changed the style of "Principle" completely to something a bit more fitting. The old one was kinda ugly.

Initial port from 1.92. Enjoy this wonderful port of the Tuxo Pack. Had this one in the stash for a while, hoping 2.0.3 would release sooner.
