Added driel, fixed bugs, fixed small maps

-Added a cut down version of Arnhem: "Arnhem Farm" that uses Deathmatch gamemode
-Changed lower side armor and underbelly armor in Tiger I from 65mm to 60mm
-Buffed Tiger I's turret ring weakspot from 60mm to 65mm
-Fixed B1 Bis turret being 25mm thick all around (How did this even happen???????????????????)
-Fixed an oversight in the churchill's turret armor mesh that made it so if shells hit a specific polygon on the edge of the thin roof armor they could penetrate the churchill frontally at only about 30mm of thickness
-Removed the periscope and headlights from the matilda's armor mesh to try and stop the game from killing it when a friggin 50cal hits them
-Added cut down version of Best "Best Town" using deathmatch gamemode
-Added cut down version of Carentan "Carentan Bocage" using deathmatch gamemode

Bugfixes, improved small object destruction code
