Hey, isn't it about time I added a proper description to the mod?

Girls und Panzer: Real Snehsa-Do! Is a mod for Squad 44 that changes not just the look of the tanks and the crew members, but also adds a plethora of fun new mechanics that replicate what's seen in the show! Some new vehicles are also added, and there is different gamemodes to play. Full tank list at the bottom of the description.

MECHANICS

>Tank Behavior: Tanks are tweaked to handle and behave as closely to the show as possible.

>Damage Model and Ballistics: Tanks in this mod function differently to the base game, a single penetration to the crew compartment or any hits to the engine will be enough to knock them out, however, shells travel more slowly, and are more likely to bounce on glancing hits

>Scouting Rules: The mod has built-in limitations for scouting to prevent dirty strategies. if you're a tank crew and either:
-walk away too far from your tank
-get shot by enemy fire
-get too close to an enemy tank
You'll be timed out for a while then teleported back. When scouting, stay hidden, and stick close to your vehicle!

>Sandbox Maps: Mostly meant for testing, they allow for respawns, manually choosing your tank, and only end when you get a certain amount of kills

>Deathmatch: Once enough people are in the game, they will be allowed to make squads or sections, afterwards the game will spawn them and tanks for them based on the amount of players on their sections (tanks are random, with some being rarer than others). The last team with tanks still left standing wins.
In this gamemode the zone will slowly shrink after a certain amount of time, so pay attention to the map!

>Flag Tank: Works like the above Deathmatch, but a flag tank will be selected (can be voted for, or random) and killing the enemy flag tank will instantly win the game!

>Event maps: There's a bunch of event maps, these aren't made for public play, but it's not like anything is going to stop you from using them, they generally contain most of the rules of "deathmatch" but without the randomized tank spawns, instead allowing the crews to pick their tanks (balance not included) In this gamemode, the battle will not start until every player is either in a tank or in spectator mode. The spawner for flag tanks in this gamemode is currently only visual and there's no code for it to actually function as such.

Handling is different for every tank, that's the only thing i can think of as a reply to that question

ah. Will need to test in a empty server then. Still though, will the over all handling when it comes to driving be improved to not be so slippery and more like a tracked vehicle?

I am not sure what you are talking about, Eagletanker, the shifting already works with QnE, have you been playing in single player for testing or smth?

question, will you be changing how the gear shifting works to actually be intuitive (you press E and Q and it goes up and down respectively) instead of having to screw around with the parking brake? Will you also fix the handling of armor?

Can you please update the mod description? i saw the youtube video of a few matches and came here to see what the mod does but so far i still cant figure it out. Is it just a player model change?
