Fix console exceptions

* Tweak changes is Tools
* remove craftable tools since you can craft Tools now in the base game (with recipes)

Fix bug with medicine textures

* make stabilozine craftable (1x chloral hydrate + 1x ethanol)

Update amount of crafted ammo: 6 revolver rounds and 4 shotgun shells

Make SMG-Magazine, pistol rounds and shotgun shells craftable and increase number of fabricated medical items
