Yasmails gameplay tweaks

Some basic tweaks we use for our campaign. This mod is a work in progress and will most likely change in the future. Open for new suggestions. Some of the tweaks are:

* Toolbelt again has 12 slots
* slightly increased number of crafted medical items to counteract their one-time use
* Make basic ammo (shotgun x4, pistol x6 and smg x1) craftable
