Change unlimited ammo behaviour by replacing parameter
"Do the civilians and paratroops get unlimited ammo for their current weapon?"
with
"Auto ammo magazine boost for civilians and paratroops every 2 minutes or so."
and
"Auto ammo magazine boost maximum, before boost halts."
Most Zombies are now flammable.
Zombies on fire can alight Players, Civilians and Paratroops.

Use new script param to improve Arcy's arc.
Refactor unlimited ammo, music and town lights code.
Replace parameters
"Revive/Heal: Mandatory kit to heal" and
"Revive/Heal: Medic trait mandatory" with
"Revive/Heal: What is needed to heal?" and
"Revive/Heal: Who can use a First Aid Kit?" and
"Revive/Heal: Who can use a Medikit?".
Add support item "Medical Degree".
