Added the True Eraser Cannon
It's the last update's eraser cannon
the unupgraded eraser cannon now just deletes a small part of the enemy base instead of the entire base

True eraser cannon has a different firing effect, a different sprite and can't be return-to-sender by portals, only way to stop it is via disconnected structures, and has the current placing effect of the last update's eraser cannon, normal eraser cannon has the normal placement effect

New grouping sprite

Better sprites and custom animations for reloading and firing, projectile can be shot down and a warning to the enemy when placed
