removed this mod's new microdungeons and disabling of tile protection for the lunar hq dungeons given the latest update of less dead moons has implemented those changes

finally went and patched out the tile protection for the moon headquarters, given that it's no longer needed. this should be the final update for this mod, unless anom adds more to less dead moons at some point
