Added an Expansion Summary in the Notebook.
This includes a house rule for adding Eldars to any campaign. Official rules say to use a squad of 10 Eldars for a two-player game and a squad of 5 Eldars for a five-player game. I use 9 Eldars for a three-player game and 7 Eldars for a four-player game.

- Found all manuals in English EXCEPT Mission: Dreadnought :(
- Added relevant minis for the White Dwarf expansions
- Locked player mats
- Added dice tray
