Implemented a workaround for the issue of actors moving at exactly the same time in Blueprints and on reloads:

= HOW TO RANDOMISE MOVEMENT TIMING ON RELOAD =

A limitation on animated props in Parkitect is that timing differences between actors with the same animation aren't saved in Blueprints or on reloading a save, meaning suddenly your zombies will be banging on walls and fences in perfect harmony - if you don't want that it looks a bit weird!

To get around this, V1.12 adds the ability to "Trigger" an actor's animation again via an Effects Controller - when triggered, the actor's animation will be set to a random offset, meaning every actor triggered will loop their animation from a different point across saves and between Blueprints.

1) Place your Scare Actors
2) Place an Effects Controller
3) Add EC events for every actor whose timing needs to be randomized - this only really needs to be done for any actors close to each other visibly doing the same animation
4) Set the Controller's trigger to whatever you'd like, I recommend [Time Interval / Always / 2 Minutes]
5) Every time the trigger conditions are met, the actor's animation loop offsets will be randomized,
tl;dr they won't be moving at the same time anymore.
