People with any other hud (like pro HUD) can now also enjoy this HUD (no loading problems anymore)
Also there was a missing shadow.
Added a metal and an energy icon next to the resource readouts.

I added a button in the HUD so you can toggle the HUD ingame. Nice for those who rather want to use the deafult HUD. Also you no longer need to drop it permanently in you game.
