- Removed animation delay for bind-spell to make it work in slow mode with all enemies.
- Card draw penalty reduced at higher max hp.
- Forced surrender now at CONSTRAINED maxhp/2 instead of always at 20.
- Slightly reduced the chance of enemies using bindings every turn.

changed .zip to folder so UMM autodetect should work now
