-Added damocles soundscapes
-Door VOX and VOX Overhead can now play damocles annoucements
-Smoke/Heat detector wont detect map fires that are off/unlit
-Smoke detector can now detect an active residue flamer
-Tele switch (button 10) will now give an output when its model animation completed
-Replaced the damocles double lab door sound with the proper one
-Damocles emergency door now closes faster and opens slower
