[Patch Notes]

Bugs:

-Now the Bourbon branch for France will always core the Spanish states.

French focus tree:

-Buffed the "Je Suis Le Déluge" focus so it also provides some claims and cores in Europe.

German focus tree:

-Added a new focus for the fascist branch, basically letting you choose between allying Italy or claiming South Tyrol.
-Merged the "Befried Poland" focus with the "Danzig for Slovakia" focus.

Decisions:

-Now Prussia is able to core Germany. Its overlord is also able to do it.

I must announce that unfortunately, the Philippine focus tree will be delayed. Due to university, I don't have enough time to make new focus trees (mostly due to having to investigate a lot as well as finding portraits or making ones myself), nonetheless, I will gladly continue expanding existing focuses and adding other new features!

Now the current plan is to reform the Reichskommissariats decisions, to then improve the pitiful Czech focus tree. Things as the Philippine focus tree, the Strasserist path or the Egyptian focus tree will eventually come, but I don't know how soon. I hope you all can understand.

French focus tree:

-Added a mini branch related to reconquering the lost territories as Vichy France after completing the "End the Occupation" focus.
-Reworked the Bourbon branch, so it's really worth it to play.
-Now the Bonapartist branch will get an idea to justify wargoals easier.
-Now Edouard Daladier is back! He will become leader of France through the democratic branch.

Generals:

-Tweaked the traits of some French generals.

States:

-Now Prussia and Bavaria are releaseble (though Prussia only has cores in East Prussia for now), so you can now divide Germany as any country after defeating them.

Others:

-Now French generals with generic portraits have unique portraits.
-Added leaders for non-aligned Prussia and Bavaria.

Bugs:

-Fixed a bug related to Japanese AI managing the famine.
-Fixed an error with the requirements of some focuses of the "Assertiveness" branch for Manchukuo.

Generals:

-Changed the traits of some French generals, overall buffing them.

Others:

-Now the revolting nations (Vietnam, Ukraine, Korea) start with 3k rifles.
-Now France starts with more rifles.

Manchukuo focus tree:

-Changed the complete rewards of some focuses of the Assertiveness branch.
-Added a warlord path for the Assertiveness branch led by Wu Peifu.
-Removed the "Offer Vassalization" focus, as it makes no sense for the warlords to join and oppresive government like the Qing or Wu Peifu with no resistance.

-Nerfed the "Offer a Peaceful Reunification" focus.

Generals:

-Added a new general for China.
-Added a new general for Korea.

Decisions:

-Greatly buffed the Warlord Integration decisions, so there's actually a reason to try to annex them by decision instead of just by the peacedeal.

Manchukuo:

-Buffed many focuses so they provide a bit more of industry when completed.
-Changed the effects and buffed some of the focuses of Kwantung branch.
-Added new focuses for the Kwantung branch, so it is posible to recover from the civil war and not be stuck with 90k manpower and 8 factories in 1943.

Decisions:

-Added decisions for the Kwantung branch to get industry and technologies easier.
