Guangxi focus tree:

-Buffed the army and navy branch.
-Buffed some focuses of the Yue branch, among some things making it possible to justify wargoals easier.

Events:

-Now Guangxi and Shanxi are way less likely to accept becoming puppets of China after taking the "Subjugate the Warlords" focus.
-Now Xibei San Ma is way more likely to accept becoming puppet of China after taking the "Subjugate the Warlords" focus.
-Now the warlords are way more likely to accept becoming puppet of China after taking the "Subjugate the Warlords" focus if both are at war with Japan.
-Now Shanxi is more likely to accept becoming puppet of Guangxi/Federated Provinces of China after taking the "Offer a Peaceful Reunification" focus.
-Now Xibei San Ma is way less likely to accept becoming puppet of Guangxi/Federated Provinces of China after taking the "Offer a Peaceful Reunification" focus.

Generals:

-Added a new general for Guangxi.
-Added a new admiral for China.

Others:

-Now Tse-ven Soong is the leader of the Autonomous Chinese Ports (therefore, it gets -5% consumer goods now if democratic).
-Now Ukraine, Korea and Vietnam will inherit the technologies of the countries they revolt from.
-Now the Autonomous Chinese Ports will inherit the technologies of Guangxi/Federated Provinces of China.

-Now China can actually held elections after becoming democratic. You can choose between 4 candidates.
-Now you can choose a different flag for democratic China. The options are the flag of the republic of 1912, the flag of the Kuomintang, a combination of the two, or the flag of the Kuominjun in the Wuchang uprising.

-Now the 2 states of Mengkukuo are also a core of Shanxi.

-Added a fascist branch in which you will aim to reform La Plata.

-Added a communist branch in which you will aim to form Andesia and make the USA knee before you.

Ideas:

-Added 2 new starting ideas for Argentina.

-Now the Falklands and South Georgia are cores of the United Kingdom.

-Now the Peruvian-Ecuatorian war will actually happen! And don't worry, both Peru and Ecuador won't join any factions in the first months of the war.
-Now Venezuela starts as non-aligned.
-Now Mexico starts with 3 research slots, therefore one of its focus complete rewards was changed.
-Now Argentina and Brazil start with 3 research slots just like Chile.

I'm sorry for releasing such a tiny update after those days without updating. I had to reset my laptop (it's a long story) and I had tons of problems, but I finally could update the mod. The next update should be the Argentinian focus tree, if all goes well of course.
