Added timers to all heavy and super heavy tanks and Tank Destroyers
Increased price for heavy and super heavy tanks and Tank Destroyers
This is a work in progress and once final changes are made I will list the exact MP and timer changes per vehicle

This change was done in an attempt to bring the focus more on the mid sized tanks and infantry battles.

America price adjustment
Pershing went from 1150MP to 1350MP
Super Pershing went from 1350MP to 1550MP

America has been altered

Pershing is now 1150MP
Super Pershing is now a regular unit and costs 1350MP
America now gets a T29 heavy tank for 8SP
America now gets a T30 heavy tank for 10SP

Changed Blue Division SP timer from 120 to 240 for Germany

Updated Poland by adding a new SP unit

added SDKFZ 232 as an SP unit for Bulgaria
added PZ3K as an SP unit for SS

Updated Romania

- Added Maresal Tank destroyer to MP
- Added Italian eastern Front support as 2 SP support unit
- reduced timers for all light vehicles to match that of other nations
- increased 76mm arty rate of fire
- reduced T5 infantry cost from 340 mp to 300

Updated Waffen SS camo
updated Waffen SS weapons (removed the SVT-40 from Waffen SS with G41b) has a similar rate of fire but is more accurate for the nation.
