'FlipNoteImagesOnUpscroll = False', to stay faithful to FNF when upscrolling is enabled.

If you don't like this change, find the skin folder in your workshop addons folder, open skin.ini, and change this line:
FlipNoteImagesOnUpscroll = False
to this:
FlipNoteImagesOnUpscroll = True

* added judgement animations but i didn't like them so they're unused in the skin folder
