- Expanded the setup options for Science Base/Development/Illiteracy/Poverty with options to use the level from the country the state belong to in EaW.
- Added a new setup event to disable resource prospecting decisions. Selecting "Equalise every possible option." in the first event also disables them.
- Added custom designers/MIOs for a good chunk of states. They get the same effects with generic ones, just a custom icon and name.
- Added a new setup event related to designers/MIOs which can make only the custom designers mentioned above available, without any generics. You can get other states' designers in this mode by coring or simply owning the state, depending on your choice in the event.
- Reworked the tooltip for Formable decisions to list the required states in a more compact way so some Lv3 formable requirements properly fit the screen.
- Reworked the tooltip for Formable decisions so, if the formable has states that are affected by it, while not being required to form it, they are listed under the effects section.
