Check update video, but in short, fixed bug where killsound would play multiple times if target had 0 or less hp.
Also changed bullet/flesh hitsound and killsound.

Fixed utilities menu(?), made it so sounds don't play when you hurt yourself.

-finna made the sound customization better, thanks guys for the feedback! just paste a sound path from the asset browser into the text boxes and boom! new sound (set sound to 0 for it to work)

-Also added a revert to defaults button.

-Semi-reworked how the hitsounds work.

-I haven't figure out how to make a new custom sound system, so it has stayed the same sadly.
