Added new options to front hinge:

handbrake_action = false
hinge_action = false

If your timer blocks exist, but are not configured to toggle handbrake or hinge lock, these options tell the script that those actions are missing.

ignore_handbrake = true
ignore_hingelock = true

This will stop Trailer Manager from attempting to apply the handbrake or the hinge lock on this trailer, respectively.

Version 1.0.5 added to PB output area on compile.

Fixed a bug where the script would crash if set to mirror mode, and the towing vehicle does not have any sort of controller (cockpit, remote control etc).

Fixed a bug where any screen that is connected to more than one Trailer Manager programmable block in one game session has its display trampled by both.
