Update V2.1

Scout nerf: -2 movement while carrying briefcase and less capture rate

Soldier nerf: rpg blast radius only affects enemies when shot directly at their feet because its radius 0

Knight rework: shield no longer gives -1 to enemy attacks, but now the Knight is Armored, which reduces damage of attacks that deal a TOTAL of 2 damage by -1.

Sniper buff: armor-piercing on the sniper rifle, now possible to one-shot knights and soldiers

Medic and Sniper nerf / rapid fire rework: attacks that deal 0.5 damage now deal 0 damage because it rounds down now. bye-bye battle medics and smg-main snipers

Added more maps (finally) for Payload Race and King of the Hill

Replaced ugly notecards with slightly-less ugly class cards

updated a TON of stats and rules

Updated the CTF map so it nicer-looking and is easier to read
Removed the KotH map so it can be updated later

-Hit the undo button for the simplifications of the classes. Notecards will be updated accordingly later.

-Overhauled and simplified classes, removed and reworked tons of abilities
