Added a "rescale weapon" slider to the Reskin Weapons screen.

Skins will now be correctly carried over when weapons are upgraded to the next tier.

Removed Mod Class Overrides to UIArmory_LoadoutItem and UIArmory_WeaponUpgradeItem, with some optimization help from Xymanek and robojumper.

Moved XComEngine.ini out of its subfolder so that MCO conflicts get picked up by AML.

Fixed a bug where a weapon would not merge into the infinite weapon of the same type in your inventory if a skin was removed from it and the mod was configured to not rename weapons automatically, so you ended up with non-unique duplicates of the infinite weapon.

Disabled code that was supposed to automatically remove mod class override conflicts, as it doesn't work reliably.

Slightly optimized code for better UI performance. You will likely never notice this difference.

Fixed a buf where the UIArmory_LoadoutItem override was automatically disabling itself at all times.
Added an override for UIArmory_WeaponUpgradeItem.

Update the skin exclusion list with more weapons provided by SoloCross.
