Changes
  • Added new dilemma: "Authorize Surgical Strike"
  • Reduced effect of event: "Satirical Film"
  • Removed chance of "Terrorist Leader Killed" since I've replaced the event.
  • Removed "Terrorism" increase from "Safeguard Oil Supplies". Replaced it with direct effect on "Middle East Instability".
  • Rebalanced "Mars Mission Disaster" to make sure that it's more likely to trigger. Make sure to invest in shuttle research and a good space program before attempting a difficult Mars landing!
  • Increased "Terrorism" gain from "Middle East Instability".
Finally figured out how to override dilemmas and events so more should be coming soon

Fixes

  • Removed custom "Nuclear Weapons" policy from the game since it is now officially in
  • Moved all applicable effects from the custom policy over to the new official policy
  • Fixed crashing caused by new update

New Policies:

  • "Troop Deployment: Stabilize Middle East" - This policy allows you to deploy troops to preserve order in the Middle East and protect its populace. Popular with liberals and the international community.
  • "Troop Deployment: Secure Middle East" - A more aggressive form of the previous policy. Instead of attempting to stabilize the region, pick sides and assist your allies to reap the rewards.

Changes:
  • Icons for Middle East related stuff changed
  • Descriptions for Middle East related stuff cleaned up
  • "Internet Speed" increases "Fake News" at a lower rate than before
  • "Freedom of Press" increases "Fake News"

  • Changed icon to prep for next release (That "new update isn't so new).
  • "Gender Transition Act" now increases health slightly (Studies have shown that transition is the best method currently available to treat gender dysphoria. Change is still small to reflect the size of the transgender population)
  • New event: A film satirizing you has been released to rave reviews and blockbuster-level ticket sales.
