Major update changing how ship landing works.

It's no longer depending on vanilla incident, and instead ships use separate landing system - meaning the Ship Landing event no longer replaces raids etc.

This means you might have to adjust config accordingly as you will notice a lot more ships landing than what you're probably used to.

We have also added an event in which a random faction destroys a mechanoid ship.
