Game fixes

-Fixed bug where leader icon did not properly appear in diplomacy, UN, and World Congress screens.
-Altered Arnold's Barbarians overhead unit icon
-Entered missing data for Civilopedia entries.

Balance tweaks

-Schwarzenegger's Gym now provides +7 Food, +2 Gold, and +2 Happiness, up from +4 Food, +1 Gold, and +2 Happiness.
-Rekall facilities now provide +8 Science and +3 Happiness, up from +6 Science and +2 Happiness. Amount of gold received remains the same.
-The Running Man now provides +10 Culture, +2 Happiness and +5 city defense, up from +6 Culture, +2 unhappiness, and +4 city defense.
