1.0.1 (Re)compiled with the 3.0.1b Devkit, added arrows to new bows and added back new arrows to old bows. Right now it should be possible to equip all the kind of arrows on any bow

1.0 Release: rebalanced production between regular and specialized arrows of the same tier. Specialized arrows production now outputs quantity by RNG.
