- Updated pistol row ability AP costs to be in line with those in LWOTC Dev Build 26.

- Replaced Return Fire in the pistol row with Magnum (LWOTC edition). You'll need LWOTC Dev Build 26 for this ability.

- Jingoistic's code and localization is gone from this mod, and is now handled in ABB Perk Pack. The ability is still in the Heavy's tree where it always was. Made this change for the purposes of being able to give it to more classes.
