First major update is here! Focused on the CSA!

Changes:
-New focus tree for the CSA
-Switched names from "Confederacy" to "Confederate States"
-Gave Panama Canal to Panama
-New pictures on workshop page for the update

FOCUS TREE:
The new Confederate tree has 2 branches: one focused on staying on the fascist route, another on making alliances with the other American nations. The "Southern Supremacy" branch sees you conquering America, creating the Golden Circle, and taking out some foreign powers! While the "Co-operate With our American Counterparts" branch sees you taking a more diplomatic approach, uniting America through agreements, returning to the pre-civil war US and taking on your enemies abroad!

-Fixed country selection screen. You can now access the new countries via "Other Countries"

Note: You can use the division designer for now to make templates, I'll be working on making templates for when you start the game :)
